 Born and raised in Central Florida, Alan B. Taylor founded the firm in June of 2009 after having practiced law for almost 16 years as an attorney and key shareholder at a leading AV rated Orlando area law firm.
Alan's problem solving skills, and his extensive litigation and transactional experience in a broad array of State and Federal legal matters have earned him an AV® Preeminent™ rating, the highest ranking awarded to an attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. The AV® Preeminent™ designation is awarded to less than 5% of all attorneys nationwide. Alan was named as one of "Orlando's Top Lawyers" for the year 2010 in Orlando Home & Leisure Magazine and is also listed in the 2011 Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers™.
Alan's areas of practice include business and non-profit entity formation and governance, corporate, commercial, fiduciary, trusts, construction and contractual matters, disputes and arbitrations, including extensive complex probate, real property, and community association litigation and transactions.
Alan's past and current cases have involved representation of individuals and small, local businesses and concerns, to the representation of elected State and Federal officials and international companies involving a wide spectrum of legal matters from several thousand dollars to multi-million dollar disputes. Alan has also been appointed in numerous cases to serve as a Court appointed Receiver involving foreclosures.
